Lovely fellow there, very helpful

Went in for first time to get new battery fitted to my samsung phone. It was tested to make sure this was the problem, before I committed to spending £60+ . No problem found with battery or port but they did find 2 apps that drain your phone so removed these. Charge... NO CHARGE.. Bearing in mind I was going to spend on a new battery. Fantastic service. I was so impressed I took my mum in a few days later to buy a new phone. Thank you for your service.

The Go Mobile guys got my husband and I much better deals with different network, set everything up, no hassle and even kept same numbers. Super helpful and friendly, wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Had my last 3 phones(6 years) from here. You can always keep your number. Just takes a few days after you've got the new phone. To switch over. Even if you change networks. If you know your passwords and back up your photos/videos. Before you go to see these guys. Then it's a very smooth and quick transition between your old and new phone. Shalil is very knowledgeable in all the latest phones and their specs. He can and give very good recommendations based on your budget.

Very rude, unwelcoming and ignorant staff, decided to answer a person call just as I was enquiring about a purchasing a new phone, laughed in my face when I asked a reasonable question, decided to take my custom elsewhere! I do not feel it is a legit company, trying to sell you poor quality phones for twice the price!!! Would not even give half a star!
