Stunned by the couldn’t care less attitude today; went in to buy my normal block of cheese and fed back that the chicken I bought was vile — tasted gamey and very unpleasant. The male assistant agreed and said ‘there was something wrong with it’ - no apology, no offer of refund or discount on the cheese! I’ll be going elsewhere from now on

First time we have ordered from West Country Butchers, but certainly won't be the last, delivered to the door by a very friendly cheerful chap, (who kept a safe distance!), We had a lovely topside joint, & veg... potatoes, swede, parsnips, & honestly the veg was so fresh & tasty, & the joint was perfect, flavoursome, tender, looking forward to our next delivery this weekend, ....Thank you W.C.B, ..........Tony & Trish.
