Easy access and very clean units. Would definitely use again. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable should you need phone contact.

Excellent storage facilitiy. Clean and tidy. Easy in and out when you want too. There are lights there for visits in the dark but some were not working and where our unit was there wasn't any. But we managed with the car headlights. Very helpful on the phone with all the information you need and a great price for the month we needed the unit for. Thank You. Highly recommend.

Second time hiring a lock up for 2 house moves. No complaints with the staff and ease but extended opening hours is until 7pm on a weekday? Not much use to anyone to be honest. We live 5 minutes away and Unfortunately for that reason, we won't use again. Shame

Easy to reserve, easy to pay for, easy to find and to use. I felt my items were safe as they are behind a coded gate and I had my own lock to my storage unit which was clean and in good condition.

I used the Chard UK Storage Company facility to store some furniture during a move. I was advised on the appropriate size unit as I didn't have a clue and it was perfect. The unit was clean and well maintained, as was the whole site, and communication with staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to UK Storage Company Chard for a very secure unit for my belongings for the past 3 months. The whole process was easy from the first phone call to the final email. Everyone that I spoke to were all friendly, helpful and very professional. Everything was explained in detail, very good secured entrance, lighting and excellent units. Knowing it only took a phone call with any problems night or day was very reassuring (not that i had any problems) I Would not hesitate in using again if ever needed. The price was acceptable too after knowing how safe my belongings were, and a nice 8 week special price too!! Thanks again, super job.

Great storage facility, open convenient hours and always spotlessly clean. Admin are excellent, I have never had any issues and I have held four different units over an 18 month period. It’s a pity the first cost offer has to end after 8 weeks but that is my only minus point.
