I have had trouble collecting a parcel from this branch . Was told they never had time to check parcels in as they had other things to do . Not really a thing to say to a customer.

Have had several problems with collecting orders from this particular branch. I had two orders split into 2 halves twice now (one was 3 items in 2 collection messages as the item was out of stock and the second was 4 items again in different notifications to collect). When I went to collect the person at the till has looked and found two of my 3 items but insisted the other was not there. After double checking and insisting on speaking to a manger my third item was miraculously found next to where the first two items were. And the same thing happened the second visit and I'm sure it was the same sales person. Not saying they are dishonest, but they certainly aren't doing their job properly and now only have items delivered or I use a different store a bit further away. I accept mistakes happen, but back to back collections over a 2 week period has damaged my confidence in this store.

Reserved a product online that was collect same day. Paid and then it showed collect tomorrow. Store said even though they had it in back they wouldn’t get it as “missed the cut off”. Nice to know you have helpful staff

Great experience with Argos today, picking up a trampoline that was in 3 heavy boxes- very helpful female member of staff at the desk and a special thankyou to Mike for taking the boxes to my car and loading them in, I would not have managed without him - thankyou 🤗🙏🏻
