Amazingly good. Best Estate Agent experience ever. James has qualities which I demand but rarely see. James Listens! He quickly understands, and he has an amazing network of skills and trades that can resolve issues quickly. Helpful but a few times when viewing houses, the person showing us around knew absolutely nothing about the property and another seemed very uninterested in the whole thing, not the biggest issue just wasn't ideal,
