We have just had delivered and installed an Aga Masterchef Cooker from Spillers of Chard by their drivers and staff Nigel and Stewart. What a delight to find two men who stood out from the norm. Both were smart, industrious, on time and fulfilled their responsibilities to the maximum. My wife and I were both very impressed and mention why other trades people cannot be of the same standard. Arrived for a pre arranged appointment to view ovens. The sales person wasn't available which was disappointing. I did speak to a colleague but they had limited knowledge of the range I was interested in. Over all I feel it was a waste of my time.

I have been dealing with Sarah at Spillers who has given me exceptional customer service, helping me order my new range and cooker hood. I looked at the same products on the Web, but nobody bothered quite like Sarah did, so she got my business! A credit to you Spillers, again thankyou Sarah and we'll done for doing such a great job!

If you're serious about installing a new kitchen then don't commit to anything before you've visited Spillers. It'll be worth the trip even from hundreds of miles away - prepared to be wowed! OK,so now you're wondering if I have any connection to the family business or if I've been offered a huge discount to ladle on the praise so thickly. I'm afraid you'll have to take my word for it: it's a 'No!' on both counts. The mind-boggling array of kitchen cabinetry, appliances, and accessories can be overwhelming. It would be a promise too far to claim that a visit to Chard will disperse all the fog of confusion, but it will certainly help! There's really no substitute for seeing things 'in the flesh', but the Spillers' experience is further enhanced by having everything working, so go and have a play. The visual appeal counts only for so much, of course, and risks being undermined if the folk at Spillers didn't know their products. I cannot praise Sally Johnson too highly in this regard. She spent more than two hours answering our questions carefully when we visited on 21 April, and went on to offer further advice once she'd got a feel for the sort of things we were after. The other members of the team we spoke with were similarly well informed, professional, and friendly. There was no 'hard sell' evident, so you won't feel pressured. Just one cautionary note, and that's to do with the time you visit. Try to avoid mealtimes if you can - they cook on site and it would seem many of the Spillers staff are talented chefs, too - the tantalising aromas wafting around the showroom can be a bit of a distraction!
