Had my wedding rings resized and polished up. White gold engagement ring and a tricky design platinum wedding ring. Fantastic job done! They are beautifully shiny and the price was very reasonable. Very pleased.

Asked for repair to a watch and diamond ring. Told both could not be repaired. Watch a “sealed unit” and ring not fixable. Took both to Taunton. Ring repaired to a high standard and watch had new mechanism put in for £30. Jeweller in Taunton said any competent watch repairer would know watch repairable and “they probably just wanted to sell you a new watch”. Either incompetent or dishonest and I will never use again.

Terrible company. I ordered trophies from their other company, Trophies247 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for these to be delivered. They do not answer emails or phone calls, its an utterly disgraceful way to run a business. I am taking this further to get my money back so I can order from a reliable reputable business rather than these scam artists who clearly just take your money and don't actually plan on creating and sending you orders! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!
