Appalling service, phone never gets answered, closed more often than open, how they run a business is beyond me, people's medication is important but you wouldn't think so going by this pharmacy, never straightforward when going to get prescription!!

Well they've had 6 months of repeat prescriptions and only 2 have been done correctly and on time. Some staff good, some just downright rude. Have changed pharmacies.

The phone is never answered, they can never find your prescription, shut at random times when it should be open. I don’t think I’ve ever managed to spend less than 30m in there to pick up a simple prescription. Always a frustrating and time consuming experience.

I have now been calling for three weeks to see if my prescription is ready. The phone is never answered anymore. I then asked someone to call in and see if they could find out what was going on. It was supposed to open at 9am but nobody was there. How can anybody manage like this?. I am disabled and in need of my medication - now urgently. This is appalling. I just want my medication - thats all

Needed to get a urgent prescription for sick child and the site said it’s open Saturday so doc sent the script to it and now we get in chard and they shut even though they should be open and my child can’t get her antibiotics till Monday now. Appalling

Lovely staff and not to long of a wait. Praises go to the Welsh lady as she is professional and entertaining. Always got on well with her. Rest of the staff are OK

In spite of making several attempts over the past two days to phone Lloyds Pharmacy in Chard, all my calls have not answered except by a recorded message. This is shocking and unacceptable customer service

Nobody answers the phone, closed on days they say they are open. Highly recommended 10/10

Best thing is to shut it down staff so slow it unreal been in there before waiting 3/4 hour just to pick up pills it's the worst pharmacy in chard

Had to phone up for some advice, I spoke to a wonderfully helpful lady who gave me the information I needed and a bit more, very understanding and kind also. Thank you nice lady, I will try the honey too 🍯 😊
