Appalling attitude, Called to ask about looking at a car, only to get a snippy response and tone, at that point I was no longer interested in buying from them.

Poor customer service. Asked a question only to get a rude response. Lost a genuine buyer here. I can see others have given 1 star reviews for the same reason, so best to stay clear.

Speed bump at Chard Recycling damaged bottom of car. Went straight to Central Motors who repaired it immediately. As always excellent service.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Phoned up to check car was a available and request a test drive. Upon arriving was met with by Don who was sarcastic, unhelpful and rude. Told me I could only test drive if I was going to buy it… Annoyingly this was exactly the car I wanted to buy with the correct spec and perfect mileage. Needless to say he didn’t make a sale. I drove down the road to Blagdon Hill Car Sales and bought a car instead as they bent over backwards to help me.

Wouldn't bother unless you enjoy being fed lies. Brought a car from them which developed a fault within the 28 day's told to take it to a garage as it has a warranty. Not really impressed pretty sure trading standards would be interested in hearing about this.

Great experience buying our most expensive car to date, by far 😊 No pressure whatsoever, the quality of the cars sell themselves IMHO 👍 I dealt with Don throughout the process & he answered all my questions via email or via the website. He was honest & I felt totally confident with the car & purchase process. Personally, I highly recommend Central Motors, East Street, Chard. We travelled down from Bristol to view, test drive & put down a deposit, returning 2 days later to collect our new purchase. We also didn't have to give blood to have a test drive, I just handed over my driving licence & off we went for an impressive test drive 😊 Would definitely buy from Central Motors in the future 👍

Today I tried to buy this car but the owner told me i couldn’t start it or I couldn’t go for a drive in it as I had told him it was for my wife we was from Barnsley, she hadn’t seen it and he hadn’t seen her part ex yet, I told him I wasn’t going to part ex her car now was just going to buy it for her, he then told me but it’s 11 grand you can’t just by a car like you need to sort finance out first.. I said what finance I’m paying on my bank card for it now as I have money in bank.. He then just laugh at me and said it doesn’t work like that.. So I told him to forget it I’ll spend my money some where else.. What a joke of a place god knows how they sell cars there!!! I would just like to say the gent who worked there and picked me up from hotel and returned me was a really nice guy and he was amazed what had just happened.. Must be nice when you don’t need to sell cars!
