Really helpful staff and good to talk to on the phone and in person. Lovely van that was about a year old and clean and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend. We will be using them again for our van needs. Thank You. 👍👍😊.

NEVER EVER am I using this company again hired a van for the second time and both times staff have been very rude and aggressive towards myself and others phoned them up at half 5 said we will be there for 6 to drop of the van as there website states 6pm close time and then I get oh we shut at half im sorry but your website says 6 and I get more abuse down the phone and then 5 minutes later get a phone call saying his wife will be there at 6 and then get a load of abuse of her will never be going back there again I'd avoid at all coat and you don't even get the van for 24 hours and oil light was on saying it only has 1 bar left which they said was fine,Wheel bearing was making a noise,Brakes where rubbish,Van was dirty inside

Convenient opening hours (we were able to collect our van at 5.30pm on a Saturday), a good quality van and at a very competitive price. The service we received was excellent and we'll definitely be back next time we need to hire a van.

Amazing service, Vans are always clean, tidy and presentable. Always ready to go with full tanks of fuel. They even met me after hours so I could collect a hire vehicle, very flexible and easy to deal with and exceptionally good value for money. New/nearly new van rentals so no worrying about breaking down etc. Very reliable service. 👍

A great on-hire experience yesterday afternoon was marred this morning by the off-hire experience. I only needed the van overnight and on returning the vehicle - as I’d been told the day before it was going out on hire again straight away - I informed the man who opened up that they might want to fill the washer bottle for the next hirer because I’d discovered it was empty when I tried to use it. I said this with my usual politeness, as a courtesy for the next person, I made it clear I wasn’t complaining. The grumpy man then had the audacity to have a go at me for not filling it up and said it was up to the user to sort out stuff like that. Cheeky, rude and looking for an argument. A real shame considering the good experience the day before.

I hired a Luton van from them this week and was very pleased with the friendly service and the pricing was very competitive. Will be happy to use them again in the future.
