Recent failure of central heating oil fired boiler. Same day call out engineer arrived at allotted time, diagnosed fault and took photographers to ensure non stock item part was ordered, which was done immediately. Telephone call next day when part arrived to schedule appointment following morning. Can not fault efficiency, communication or service at every level.
