Great job, early evening emergency call out during freezing weather conditions. Boiler wasn't working, short wait before coming round. Heating up and running within the hour. Saved my day on a Christmas Eve!! I got an error on my vaillant boiler, with a low pressure. MSM guy helped me with the fixing over the phone and video messages. The problem got fixed within minutes. Thanks Mate :)

Can’t fault Marcus - it’s a Saturday and I had no hot water - he was here within 2 hours and had it all fixed. Reasonable costs as well considering it was a call out. Will definitely be using him again. Highly recommended…:.and he even gave the dogs a treat 😀

Response time was amazing, the fault was diagnosed on the Friday and as we were away, he came as soon as we were back on the Monday and fixed it for us. Would fully recommend.

Really good service. A minor issue that had us scratching our heads for weeks was resolved in a minute! Good communication as to when he'd be coming round to sort it out too!

Phoned Marcus on Friday afternoon and he came out that evening to diagnose my boiler problem, ordered part the next day (Christmas eve) and came out Boxing Day to fix it. That’s what I call going above and beyond! Very friendly and informative and reasonable charges! Highly recommended and will be using him for all of my future boiler or plumbing work. 💯 so happy to have heating and hot water again 😊
