I work for Harbour Healthcare as a Home Manager at Oak Lodge for nearly a year. The staff are lovely, very caring and supportive. Most of them they been working here for many years and they are like a family helping each other to achieve excellent outcomes for the residents. The atmosphere in the home is calm and relaxing and the residents are enjoying a variety of activities on a daily basis. The senior team is very supportive and accessible. Their support is valued and much appreciated.

I worked here for a year whilst studying, and really enjoyed it. The staff are very helpful and hardworking, and the residents are lovely. There's loads of training which you get paid to complete, and nothing seems to be too much trouble for the staff. The food is really good too.

Ok, hands up, I'm the manager, but how else can I publicly show my appreciation to all the amazing staff that I have the pleasure of working with every day. My thanks to all at Oak Lodge and also to the senior managers, the best team I have ever worked with.

My mum is here and the atmosphere is so homely when ever I visit my mum is always doing activities or going out in the mini bus . Lovely food clean and tidy every where staff very friendly

My Granny has lived here for nearly three years. I have met the staff in the acorns who are very caring and good. The site seems to be well run.
