Really appreciated the owners swift help in getting to the bottom of why my car alarm was going off repeatedly. Despite being told from another garage it was due to a low key fob battery (it wasn’t), Ed listened to my concerns and did a full inspection of the car. He managed to quickly isolate the problem (issue with the sensor in the drivers door) and resolve the issue. Extremely professional and helpful, so pleased I took my car here. Professional in every aspect from start to finish. The people, the front desk, the building, presentation, secure car pound and the administration are first class . Being a woman in my own, finding a reliable garage where you feel you are genuinely going to have your car taken care of properly, is paramount for both the pocket and car safety. I was so pleased a fault was soon diagnosed and corrected by the technicians here. I thought the bill, which was detailed and most of all understandable on the work carried out, was reasonable. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. I drove away a satisfied customer and will definitely book my car in next year. Fabulous service - nothing is too much trouble. We have switched from using a main dealer for servicing for my wife’s car to using this garage after trying them with my car (which is older and normally I do most things myself - hence I know when a garage is “trying it on”). These guys really know their onions, their charges are very fair and theyre 100% honest. What more do you want from a garage? Heartily recommended.
